GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
This Arneis comes from Rodello, altitude 480 meters above sea level, hilly terrain, exposed to the South-East, blanket composed of medium texture tending towards loamy clay, fertile but very loose.

VINEYARDS AND PLANT
This vineyard is made up exclusively of Arneis (native plant) with clonal material of Italian origin, on SO4 and Kober 5BB rootstocks; the breeding is in Casarsa Modito with 4200 vines per hectare.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE
The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes and a cold decantation of the must for 24 hours, then a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C° for a duration of 30 days followed by a rest on its yeasts for approximately ninety days (for extraction of manno-protein); then aged in bottle for at least two months.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Straw colour, almost gold, with barely noticeable greenish reflections, intense floral aroma with a particular note of white flowers and wildflowers, dandelion, peach, hints of melon and passion flower; with a full, soft and harmonious flavour, reminiscent of apple and evident melon.

PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, with starters in general, fish, sushi, shellfish and delicate cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13-16°C.
GAVI D.O.C.G.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
This Gavi comes from the 1.6 ha vineyard in Novi Ligure with south-west exposure on clayey - marl-limestone soil, in a semi-hilly area at 240 meters above sea level.

VINEYARDS AND PLANT
This vineyard consists solely of Cortese with clonal material of Italian origin; the breeding is traditional Guyot with 5,000 plants per hectare; the vine is 11 years old.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE
The vinification involves soft pressing of the grapes and cold decantation of the must for 24 hours; then fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature around 13-14°C on its own yeasts; subsequently refined in the bottle for about two months.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Deep straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fresh and broad scent, with fruity and floral notes in particular acacia, dandelion and chamomile, which pleasantly mix with vegetal, herbaceous and green ones. Full and round in the mouth, with a discreet structure, with clear sensations of exotic fruit and golden apple, a pleasant acid note typical of this wine: which makes it truly pleasant to accompany food.

PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect to accompany the entire meal.

LANGHE RIESLING D.O.C.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The vineyard is located on the north-eastern side of the Rodello hill, at an altitude of 520 meters above sea level; blanket composed of medium texture tending towards clayey, marly-calcareous, fertile but very loose.

VINEYARDS AND PLANT
This vineyard consists exclusively of Riesling on SO4 and Kober 5BB rootstocks; the cultivation is Guyot with 4000 vines per hectare; the harvest took place on September 20th.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE
The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes and a cold decantation of the must for 24 hours, then a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C° for a duration of 30 days followed by a rest on its yeasts for approximately ninety days (for extraction of manno-protein); then aged in bottle for at least three months.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Straw color with barely noticeable greenish reflections, vertical aroma with barely noticeable hydrocarbon hints; mineral and savory in the mouth, the marked acidity typical of the vine emerges, which gives freshness and infinite persistence.

PAIRINGS
It is a sumptuous white, very pleasant that meets the strength and structure given by the Langa hills; suitable for long aging, it gives its best on fish-based dishes. Intense and versatile when young, it acquires complexity with the passage of time.

MOSCATO D’ASTI D.O.C.G.
2024

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
This grape comes from vineyards located in Neviglie. It is a hilly terrain 400 meters above sea level, facing South-West, lean, clayey, marl-limestone, positioned on a layer of rock which allows for ideal ripening of the grapes.

VINEYARDS AND PLANT
The vineyard consists exclusively of Moscato with clonal material of Italian origin. The cultivation is Guyot, with approximately 5000 vines per hectare, 15 years of age.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE
The winemaking involves soft pressing, with draining press, with partial fermentation, at a constant and controlled temperature, then rest in steel tanks in a refrigerator, then stored in the bottle for 2 months.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
It is a wine with a deep straw yellow color with evanescent white foam, an aromatic nose, intensely fruity with notes of sage and lemongrass with hints of melon and pineapple; sweet with good balance in the mouth between acidity and sugars, hints of Golden apple and intense aromatic aftertaste. The low yields of the vineyard and the scrupulous attention in winemaking give a Moscato characterized by a concentration of notable and intense fragrances.

PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect to accompany the entire meal.
